Check out the Dashboard section to observe the key information about your website and estimate the whole current situation with its online performance. For example, how many of keywords you’ve added to a project are in TOP 1, the average position of all keywords, number of visitors at present day etc.
Step 2. Then, as you’ve figured out what’s going on with a website in common, it’s time to explore the Rank Tracker product. It has numerous sections each of which contains its important part of information related to a website ranking data. For example, use the Detailed View section to see the results of conducted keyword research which is based on key parameters that indicate their efficiency. Find out what keywords are able to bring the success and which ones should be excluded from your keyword list.
Step 3. Nobody would argue that analytical data is extremely important for the right constructing of SEO strategy and making a decision if some changes need to be made. On that purpose use the Analytics product (available if you’ve connected your Google Analytics account). It helps you to clearly understand whether your actions lead to the desired results. All information received directly from your GA account is smartly segmented and displayed in the most convenient way.
Step 4. Now let’s take a look at the direct competitors of your website. To do this move to the Competitors product. By default, the list of your competitors is automatically generated by our system. But you can modify it manually anytime. The four sections, which are Traffic, Rankings, Visibility and Keywords, will provide you with the corresponding information on your competitors.
Step 5. No doubts that you’re aware of on-page errors check importance. The Site Auditor product performs this function. So, it’s about time to use its powers. Your website is scanned by Site Auditor daily. It is subdivided on multiple sections so you could get as much useful information as possible and don’t miss a thing. Eliminate all errors found by Site Auditor and improve your website online performance.
Step 6. The next product we will go to is able to give a lot if you know how to use it right. The Brand Monitor product tracks mentions of your Brand all over the Internet (including social networks, blogs, news). By default, two keywords are used: domainname and domainname.com. You can add the third keyword if you like. It could be name of company’s founder, alternatively. All existing keywords can be modified as you wish. Beside the opportunity to react properly on each appearing mention, this product defines if referenced URL contains active hyperlink to your website. If it’s not, you can always request it and, thus, gain new backlinks.
Step 7. Check out your backlinks profile in the Backlinks product. On time determining of bad links as well as the broken ones will save you from many troubles. So, don’t waste your time and check out how healthy your backlinks profile is right now.
Step 8. Set up the reports receiving to facilitate your work even more. Daily, weekly and monthly reports with key website data can be sent to any specified email or generated immediately if required.
